Why is my iPhone is unable to download items?
So make sure to have a strong internet connection while downloading an app. Check if the 5G is enabled on your iPhone because 2G is not the best connection to download even a basic app on your iPhone. If you think that is not the problem, go to your Safari or any browser, and open a website to check the internet speed.

If the content on the website is loading slowly it means you have a weak internet connection. This is the main reason why your new iPhone apps are not downloading.
Why apps won’t download on my new iPhone?
Another thing you can do to fix your new iPhone apps not downloading issue is to “sign out” your Apple ID from your App Store. I know this sounds strange but sometimes applying these kinds of cheap tricks can save your time and fix the issue.
So go to your iPhone setting and click iTunes and App Store option. Sign out your apple ID, and restart your iPhone. To restart, press the power and volume button until you see the Apple logo on your iPhone screen. “Sign in” your Apple ID again in the App Store, now hopefully your Apps should be downloading properly.
I can’t download apps on iPhone
If still, your new iPhone apps are not downloading properly, you can apply another hack. Sometimes we add restrictions you’re our iPhone and forgot about it. Maybe this is the problem with your iPhone, to fix this issue go to your iPhone settings. Tap on “General” and “Restrictions.”

Here make sure that In-App purchase is enabled and in the “Allowed Content” option. Make sure that “Allow all apps” is selected. Another thing you can do if you are unable to install apps on your iPhone is “Reset Network settings.”
Go to your iPhone settings>general and “reset,” here click on “reset network settings.” Your iPhone will restart again and all network settings will be changed to new. Try downloading the app now, hopefully, apps will start downloading and updating now in your new iPhone.
