The screenshot is one of the advanced features introduced in new technology. It has created a lot of changes in business as well as personal life. Taking Screenshot in Window 10:
We can easily capture a screenshot on window 10. We have to enter the key ‘Win+Shift+S’. Entering this key will show a small menu that appears on top of the screen. The menu will show three options in which the type of screenshot present as:
- Rectangular snip
- Free form snip
- Window snip
- Full screen snip
When we select ‘Rectangular snip’ or ‘Free Form snip’ then the computer will ask to choose the area we want to capture. When we select ‘Window snip’ then the active screen capture by the computer and when we select ‘Full screen’ then the full screen of the computer save in the clipboard.
When the screenshot is being captured, a notification will appear that will open our snip and sketch. This new feature in window 10 will allow us to open our screenshot for the editing of the image, email message, or other application.
Snip and Sketch:
This feature quickly takes the screenshot and also adds the feature to crop and add other tools. If a person wants to take a screenshot first snip and sketch software is needed to install and then a person is notified that the screenshot feature is available or not. It also asks about the timing of the screenshot.
If a person wants to take a screenshot of the full screen then click on the print screen button, some laptops also provide these features by clicking on the Fn+ print screen. After taking a full screenshot the picture will be saved on the PC. A person can change the place of the picture wherever he or she wants to.
Other Options for capturing full screen:
The best method to take screenshots on a PC is the print screen method. It perfectly works in Windows 8 and Windows 10 yet there is another trick for the fastest screen capturing. Click on the Win +print screen, this will blink the screen for a second. The blinking screen is an indicator that a screenshot has been taken. The window will save the screenshot in the screenshot folder which is present in pictures.
The screen clipping function is also used to take screenshots but it is not available in the latest versions of windows. If a person has an older version of One Note then this method works amazingly. Windows tablet also provides a feature to autosave screenshot which is Win+Volume Down.
